Retail Sales Consultant – Archery Specialist
Full-Time Position | Monday – Saturday

Impact Point Archery is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our team.
We're looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes archery, enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
You don't need to know everything about every bow or product, but you do need a genuine passion for the sport, sales experience preferred but not essential. A willingness to continue to learn is more important.
Working Hours
Mon-Friday 10am-5pm
Saturday 9am-12pm

About the Role
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for:
Assisting customers with archery equipment, accessories and product enquiries.
Providing knowledgeable, friendly and professional customer service.
Helping customers find the right equipment for their needs and experience level.
Driving retail sales and contributing to the success of the business.
Maintaining store presentation, stock displays and general shop operations.
Developing your product knowledge and keeping up with the latest archery equipment.
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for archery and involvement or interest in the sport.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Someone who takes initiative and can work independently.
Reliability, honesty and a team-focused attitude.
A willingness to learn and continually improve their knowledge.
You don't need to know it all — but you do need to be enthusiastic, motivated and keen to learn!
